All training opportunities incorporate skill-appropriate fitness exercises that include resistance, cardio, and sports performance (speed/agility) implements. Groups will be lead by certified health, fitness, and sports performance professionals.

Women’s Fitness Training

  • Monday, Tuesday, Thursday (9am-10am & 3:30pm-4:30pm)
  • $150 (7 weeks) or $20/session

Do you need a boost of motivation, energy, and confidence? Join other powerful women on your fitness journey to better health! These sessions are fun and innovative, designed specifically for you as you train at your personal fitness pace. Through a variation of circuit stations and team challenges that include agility and resistance training, these sessions are sure to improve overall movement, strength, power, balance, and stamina …to help you continue to be the BEST fit mother, wife, sister, aunt, and friend! We are better …together!

Collegiate/Highly Skilled Athletes

  • Monday, Tuesday, Thursday (11am-12:30pm)
  • $500 (7 weeks-paid before May 27th) or $350/month (June & July)

These sessions are designed for the serious and highly skilled athlete. Sessions will include movement assessment, education, personalized programming, and sports performance protocols that diminish the risk for injury while maximizing the potential for desired performance outcomes. If you are an athlete who is preparing for your first year as a student-athlete, a veteran that’s returning home to train during the pre/off-season, or a high school athlete who is serious about competing at the collegiate level, this training group is for you! APX360 specialists have several years experience working as a Sports Performance Coach with athletes from UF, FSU, FAMU, and TCC.  Learn more about Sports Performance Training.
